  Car hire with no parking provided. Completely useless unless you want a car for less than 2hrs, due to parking restrictions all around the area.

  Cheap and nasty service, booked a truck over the phone for a pick up at 8 am on Sunday and got a call on my way to pick it up saying that its not there and won't be available until 12 pm! They said someone should have called you yesterday to let you know, I got no phone call and was left high and dry with no attempt at a resolution.

  Staff were great upon arrival, took me through how to use the truck lift and all the other features. I returned the truck without enough diesel (didnt know how to fill the tank- it's different to a car) so they met me down at the servo and showed me how to refill it, saving me the rental return refill surcharge. Really appreciated! Only not giving 5 stars as there was an issue with me being charged for an additional 500km mileage. Took a while to sort that out on the phone.

  Good location, close to train station, usually have decent cars, but this weekend when i rented from them they not only gave me something crappy, it was smaller then what i booked for, but was also not filled up, when i returned it I had to fill it up.
